The button "Live Support" shows if an agent is online. The button is clickable only if there's one agent online at least.
Clicking on "Live Support" opens the question dialog. Visitors can change or enter their name and ask a question.
If a visitor clicks "Live Support", all agents who are assigned to this site and are online, will be notified.
Once the customer starts the live support, the customer dialog appears.
There's a big chat window where system messages and the communication with an agent are shown.
Once an agent has joined the session, the customer can chat with the agent through the lower text input field.
